16th Week of Pregnancy: Your Baby’s eyes move from side to side

During 16th week of pregnancy the pregnant lady uterus continuing to grow and weighs are 8 ½ ounces. The baby is producing amniotic fluid .This fluid helps protect your baby during your pregnancy. Your placenta is growing. Baby has about 7 ½ ounces of amniotic fluid surrounding. The pregnant lady's body produces 50% more blood.
         16th week of pregnancy, your baby is approximately 4-5 inches long and weighs 2 ½ ounces. This week your baby’s eyes move from side to side and eyelids are still sealed. Your baby’s
bones are strengthening with help of your body’s supply of calcium. Your baby’s muscles are starting to work. Your baby’s lower limbs have developed.
       During this week of pregnancy, iron is one of the most critical nutrients needed to help prevent complication for baby and pregnant lady.
