If you are an employer or engaged your own field of business, pregnancy is little difficult thing in our fastest world. But it’s not mention here. Pregnancy is more important than any other arguments. No other thing equally important in the human history.

  • During pregnancy , employed women should aware about her physical limits.
  • Normally pregnant women can work till her seventh month of pregnancy.
  • Last three months before delivery you need a complete care and attention.
  • Sufficient rest is an important thing. So you should avoid more tensed jobs.
  • Specially prepared healthy food is a must during pregnancy. 
  • If you are engaged in a dedicated job during pregnancy then it becomes especially important to eat nutritious foods.
  • Increase the consumption level of proteins minerals and carbohydrates.
  • You must avoid foods to increase your stress levels. Fatty and half prepared foods can badly affect your mind and body.
  • You must inform your office about your pregnancy and insure that if you want an immediate medical attention, your office can provide it.
  • Decide when you will inform your office about your pregnancy. Some women hide the good news and act normally. It is not an advisable thing.
  • It is always clever to tell your office before the pregnancy symptoms indicate. 
  • You can ask your office authorities to a less difficult job.
