9th week of Pregnancy: You can overcome your stress

     In 9th week of pregnancy women tend to feel tired and nauseated. Although appetite may increase during this time, they you have to contend with an increased about morning sickness. This time symptoms are indigestion, heartburn and mood swing.
 During 9th week of pregnancy your baby’s fingers and toes are also getting their shapes. This week your baby is now approximately 2 to 3 cm in length and weight around 1.5 to 2 gm. The head becomes large and greater in size compared to the rest of the body. Now your baby looks like a human fetus.
     In 9th week of pregnancy the lady‘s uterus will be growing gas and constipation are the main problem. Your digestive has slowed and to an increase in hormones. In this period the lady eating fiber rich fresh foods, eating slowly. They are eating 300 calories per day.

                     In the ninth week of pregnancy, you must sleep extra hours. Your body wants more relax. So take additional time to relax. You should re arrange your works and appointments. Stress and fatigue is one of a main symptom of this first trimester. You can overcome your stress through Yoga practice during pregnancy. Yoga is also a good exercise to deliver your baby normally.
