26th Week of Pregnancy: Your baby’s eyes begin to open


During 26th week of pregnancy your baby’s weighs more than 760 grams and 35.6 centimeter long. Your baby’s eyes begin to open. Response to sound grows more consistent toward the end of the 26th week; the system of nerves to the ear is complete. 26th week of pregnancy your baby is now growing so fast. During this week the pregnant lady nutrition is very important. You can continue to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of grains and vegetables.  You can eat fiber rich food, including whole grain breads and cereals, lentils and brown rice are high in vitamin B and help keep away constipation.  The 26th week of pregnancy symptoms are increased vaginal discharge, bloating, clumsiness, lower abdominal achiness, vision changes, forgetfulness and occasional headaches.  This week your blood volume has increased by around 25%.  26th week of pregnancy you can check in hemoglobin level.  Iron deficiency anemia is common in pregnancy when the demand for a healthy red blood cell count is at its peak. 

26th week of pregnancy your uterus is roughly 2.5 inches above your belly button.  Your placenta is now nearly equal in size to the baby.  The umbilical cord system continues to grow and thicken as blood movements with large force through the body to nature the baby.  In 26th week of pregnancy many women’s are signs   in lower back pain, leg cramps and rib pains. This week your weight gain in 23 pounds.  26th week of pregnancy you to develop stretch marks around your tummy, hips and thighs. Moisturizing can help smooth the skin. This week your amniotic fluid will increased in 2 pounds, increased blood volume in 3-4 pounds, placenta increased 1.5 pounds, breasts 1-3 pounds and increased fluid volume 2-3 pounds.
