36 Week of Pregnancy: Your baby will be measured full-term

During 36th week of pregnancy your baby is now weighs about 2.7 kilogram and 45 centimeter long from head to toe. Your baby’s body along with thick creamy substance called vernix caseosa begins to shed off.  

Your baby swallows both of these substances, along with other secretions, resulting in a blackish mixture, called meconium, will form the contents of her first bowel movement. At the end of this week, your baby will be measured full-term. 36 week of pregnancy your baby’s soft nails have grown to the tips of his fingers and toes. The baby will gain about 28 gram in every day. In a boy, the testilces should have descended. The baby’s head will probably have descended in to the pelvis.  Your baby’s elbows and knees get a covering of a fat layer and this formation also progresses towards the other areas like that in the neck and the wrists.

During this 36th week of pregnancy the pregnant lady has other physical symptoms include constipation, heart, bloating, indigestion, headaches, easier breathing after baby drops, more frequent urination as baby drops, increased difficulty sleeping , dizziness, nasal congestion, bleeding gums, increase or loss in appetite, leg cramps, itchy stomach, protruding naval, hot flashes, skin changes, fuller and leaky breasts, more frequent Braxton, fatigue or extra energy, excitement, anxiety, relief that you’re almost there, irritability, over sensitivity, impatience, restlessness, carpal tunnel, tingly hands and feet, fetal hiccups, skin eruptions, and clumsiness. 

36th week of pregnancy symptoms 

  • Flatulence
  • Heartburn or indigestion
  • Constipation
  • Change in fetal activity
  • Pelvic pressure and discomfort
  • More frequent urination
  • Increased vaginal discharge
  • Itching abdomen
  • difficulty sleeping
  • Increased swelling of ankles and feet

Supplements to be taken during the 36th week of pregnancy

Folic acid , iron and calcium supplements.
